Domonic Sytic Dupree transitioned on August 13, 2021 at Woodlands Nursing Facility, Fayetteville N.C. She was born on February 16, 1976 in Orange, New Jersey to Larry Dupree Sr. and the late Joyce Ann Dupree Bellamy. Domonic lived her life between North Carolina and New Jersey spending the latter years of her life in North Carolina. Dominic was known affectionately by family and friends as Tee or Teak. She was a member of Weeping Mary Baptist church located in Tarboro NC. Domonic held many positions within her life including (receptionist, home health aide, as well as many others). She was very intelligent and loved writing and reading books and loved the subject of English while attending school. She liked fashion and she never left home without her jewelry and makeup (with nails painted of course). She also enjoyed making jewelry as a new hobby and gifted her creations to family and friends. Her mind was filled with a great deal of unlimited thoughts as she was very creative. Domonic greatest achievements were her three children that she took great pride in watching them become independent young people. She enjoyed talking about them and letting others know about their achievements. Domonic is the daughter of Larry Dupree Sr. and the late Joyce Ann Dupree Bellamy. She leaves to cherish her memories; her father Larry Dupree Sr. (Shelly) of Belleville NJ. One son, Kiran S. Johnson of Scotland neck NC.; Two daughters Kedeidra R. Dupree and Kemora D. Dupree of Durham, N. C.; One brother, Larry D. Dupree Jr. (Kristin) of Pensacola Florida; Aunts and Uncles (Proceeded in death by (Moses McCray, Donald Dupree, George McCray, and Ida Mae Dupree), Issac Wilkes (Glorice) of Frederick MD, Rev. Marvin Wilkes (Mary Ann) of Bethel, NC, Major Dupree( Shalanda) of Hackensack NJ, Thomas Dupree of Belleville NJ, Cora Wright (Linwood) of Greenville NC, Sally Arnold (Robert) of Tarboro NC, Carolyn Stovall (Kernist) of Charlotte NC, Sheila Dupree Willingboro NJ, Maggie Batts (Micheal) of Chicago IL, Patricia Wilkes of Durham NC, Sharon Wilkes of Raleigh NC; one niece and two nephews (Jurnee and Mekhi Dupree and Semaj Bennett); two very special cousins Taneesa Franks and Anasa Dupree, and a special friend Karen Rhodes and a host of family and friends etc.
