Monica Lynette Williams Jackson , began her journey on November 12, 1971 born to Mary Williams and the late Benjamin Williams. She was the oldest of two children. She finished her journey on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her home. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Monica married James Jackson Jr and lived in Greensboro NC. To this union 2 children were added. Monica was educated in the Cumberland County Public Schools, graduating from EE Smith High School in 1990. She later attended A&T State University where she graduated in 1995. She worked as a pre-k teacher at Union Hill Elementary. She was proceeded in death by her father Benjamin Franklin Williams. She leaves to cherish her memories , husband James Jackson Jr, son Jocari McKoy , and daughter Sayani McKoy , mother Mary Williams of Fayetteville NC , brother Damiyon Williams of Greensboro , nephew Damiyon Williams Jr, niece Mariah Williams, and a host of aunts, uncles cousins and friends…
