Mr. Eric Artemius Robinson

Mr. Eric Artemius Robinson affectionately known as “Flip” was born on April 13, 1981 to Mr. Roy Robinson, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Lorrie Robinson Graham in Fayetteville, NC. On Saturday, April 17, 2021, he departed his earthly life at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC at 4:00 PM. As a child he became a member of Rockfish Grove FWB Church in Raeford, NC. There he sang on the Tiny Tot Choir leading his favorite song “I’m Just a Nobody Trying to Tell Everybody About Somebody Who Can Save Anybody.” He served as a Junior Usher and loved Sunday School. He was educated in the Cumberland County School System. As an adult he worked at Purolator, Smithfield Packing, The Chicken Plant in Warsaw, NC, in construction work and fast foods. Eric loved helping others giving his time and knowledge to others. He was a mentor and motivator to many. He had a deep love for all of his children, mom and family. He was a very good stepson. Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Destini, Erica, Jaden, Artemiah, Miracle and all of the others; his parents, Mr. Roy Robinson, Sr. (Bernice) and Mrs. Lorrie Robinson Graham (Timothy); four brothers: Roy Jr., Chester, Le’Sean all of Fayetteville, NC and Lamont of Virginia; four adopted brothers: Donell Portis, Sheek Lorenzo Portis, Dontá Portis, Devin Fritgerald; eight uncles; nine aunts, five great aunts, two great uncles; one great great aunt; one great great uncle, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, an adopted father, Mr. Larry McMillian, his godmother, Elder Betty Buie and his girl friend, Miss Nancy Gibson
